Acted for liquidators to Peacocks group in claim by British Gas for recovery of utility charges in priority to other liquidation expenses.
In 2003, Tim acted for Pizza Express in the rent review and arbitration case of Montalto Monella v Pizza Express  EWHC 2966 (Ch).
