Levelling Up The Legal Industry Report

In partnership with The Social Mobility Pledge we launched our Levelling Up the Legal Industry Report. For the first time, we have looked at each area of our employee life cycle through a social mobility lens, identifying areas of success and best practice as well as where our current challenges lie and where to focus activity going forwards.

During the launch event in January 2022, we were joined by The Rt Hon Justine Greening, Former Secretary of State for Education and founder of The Social Mobility Pledge, Raphael Mokades, Managing Director of Rare Recruitment and Christopher Hutton, Hogan Lovells Partner and Social Mobility Partner Sponsor. The panel shared their experiences and insights on the topic of social mobility within the legal sector, and discussed the work we have been undertaking to address barriers to entry, progression and retention.
