Work experience for disabled people

In Luxembourg we developed an internship program for young people with mental and emotional disabilities.

Together with the charity Ligue HMC, we created a program to give young disabled people a way to gain work experience in a typical office environment. The interns work with our business team and learn about the many kinds of work required in a modern law firm. This program received a special award from the Luxembourg Diversity Charter and created demand at other employers in the region. 

Our Madrid office has employed two people with mental and emotional disabilities for several years.
