Generational diversity

We hosted a lunch-and-learn event in our Brussels office for the Legal Diversity & Inclusion Alliance that we co-founded.

Our topic was "Generational Diversity in the Workplace – how can Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z work together?" Panel members included a senior global regulatory executive from a global health care manufacturer and an organizational psychologist for a global law firm.
