Deborah K. Staudinger
Deb Staudinger helps clients in an array of industries seamlessly carry out their toughest transactions. She regularly advises and represents both lenders and borrowers in secured transactions, including asset-based, cash flow, and large portfolio/real property lending deals. She is adept at handling both domestic and cross-border transactions.
She also represents buyers and sellers in transactions involving large portfolios of financial assets, infrastructure projects, and energy-related assets. Deb's hands-on approach and experience in specialized industries, including healthcare, life sciences, energy, minerals, and natural resources, allows her to quickly help clients identify and resolve industry-specific issues.
Deb also works closely with the firm's bankruptcy litigation attorneys as necessary on a variety of matters. She has represented distressed companies and creditors in connection with the purchase of assets from bankruptcies and other restructuring efforts aimed at avoiding bankruptcy.
Before starting her legal career, Deb worked for public utility company First Energy, where she learned the ins and outs of the nuclear industry, including Nuclear Regulatory Commission licenses and radioactive waste matters.
