Advised a syndicate of UK banks on the finance of a landmark London office building for £330m.
Advised Ivanhoe Cambridge in relation to the financing of a large portfolio of European hotels located in Germany, Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Advised a syndicate of commercial lenders on a $500m complex revolving loan secured by various classes of collateral, including 36 senior housing facilities.
Advised a UK fund on the financing of an acquisition of a UK wide portfolio of retail units.
Advising a private family office on joint venture arrangements and the subsequent acquisition and financing of a portfolio of hotels.
Advising a UK based fund on the financing of the development of hotels in the UK.
Advised cross-border lending banks on HK$2.8bn onshore and offshore financing secured by onshore property of Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited.
Advised Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba) and Landesbank Berlin (LBB) on the financing of the premium real estate development One Goethe Plaza in Frankfurt am Main.
Advised U and I Group PLC on its new 50:50 joint venture platform with Colony NorthStar to invest up to €300m in the London City, Manchester and Dublin office markets.
Advised BMG Barberino S.r.l., on the EUR 71,000,000 credit facilities made available by Credit Agricole CIB for the refinancing of the acquisition and development of the Barberino Outlet Mall.
Advising HSBC Bank plc on the financing of real estate owned by the AGRO Merchants Group throughout Europe.
