Rob Cortinas focuses his practice on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He has experience with Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), having worked with numerous SPAC issuers that have raised over US$3 billion of aggregate gross proceeds. Rob also has experience with "de-SPAC" transactions.
Rob's practice also includes public and private securities offerings, managing due diligence, and other matters for mergers & acquisitions, as well as counseling public and private companies on general corporate matters.
