Amanda Brown

In her practice, Amanda represents a wide range of public and private companies - from clinical-stage life sciences companies to some of the world's largest public companies - and provides trusted advice on matters related to ongoing reporting obligiations under U.S. securities laws and regulations, capital market offerings (IPOs, ATMs, RDOs, PIPEs, and convertible notes, among others), corporate governance matters, and more.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Amanda worked at the Philadelphia headquarters of an international law firm where she advised clients on a range of corporate and securities matters. While in law school, Amanda served as senior staff writer at the Villanova Law Review.
