Olga Andrés is a senior associate in the area of Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, she worked in the same area in a large national and international law firm. Her experience is focused on advising and intervening in civil, contractual, commercial, commercial and corporate litigation in a wide range of sectors, such as real estate, automotive, banking and industrial. She has extensive experience in private actions for damages arising from antitrust infringements. She speaks Spanish, English and German.

She has a Law Degree from the University of Valencia. During her studies, she completed an exchange programme at the Georg-August-Universität of Göttingen (Germany). Subsequently, Olga completed a Master's Degree in International Business Law at IE Law School (Madrid), taught entirely in English.

Representation and defense of an important multinational steel company in a national litigation related to a purchase option on the land it owns.

Advice to a multinational automotive company after having to summon the owners of certain vehicle models to service workshops to perform preventive maintenance after being warned of a defective part

Representation and defense of a gambling operator with a presence in several European and Latin American countries in a procedure to claim annulment of an arbitral award issued by the ICC.

Advice to a train and boat manufacturing company on the withholding, by a public entity, of amounts reflected in invoices as a consequence of its participation in a cartel sanctioned by the CNMC.

Representation of several large multinational companies in "follow-on" actions derived from infringements of antitrust regulations.

Representation of a Luxembourg bank in numerous proceedings for contractual nullity of mortgage loans.
