Amy Williamson is an associate in the Investment Funds team. She advises on the structuring, establishment, operation and marketing of a variety of fund types, including infrastructure funds, hedge funds and private equity funds in Europe, the U.S. and Asia.
Amy's client base includes both fund managers and institutional investors, giving her a comprehensive oversight of the different perspectives held by managers when launching funds and investors when deploying capital. Her practice covers both listed and private funds across a range of asset classes, from renewables to reinsurance. Amy's experience also includes co-investments and investment joint ventures.
