Jalpit's corporate representation is focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He has extensive experience advising corporate clients domestically and abroad on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions. His experience includes advising on acquisitions, divestitures, LBOs and complex carveout transactions.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Jalpit practiced at an international law firm in Singapore advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and a variety of other corporate matters.
