As a senior associate in the Corporate Department, responsible for our Employment Practice, Agnieszka Szczodra-Hajduk joined the firm’s Warsaw office in 1999.
Agnieszka advises clients in the fields of labor law, commercial law, and civil law. She focuses on labor law and agreements with senior management, group layoffs, the statutory rights of trade unions, and transfer of the work establishment. Agnieszka provides also advice on the establishment and regular operation of companies, commercial agreements, and corporate governance. In addition, she is involved in M&A projects, coordinates the work of the teams conducting due diligence exercises and advises on the employment aspects of M&A transactions. Agnieszka Szczodra-Hajduk also represents clients before Polish courts in cases concerning labor and civil law.
She is the author of articles on labor and commercial law, and gives lectures in labor law, inter alia at the MBA programme at the French Institute of Management (Francuski Instytut Zarzadzania), and at Fleet Academy. She is recommended by Legal 500. Agnieszka Szczodra-Hajduk is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and the Labor Law Association. She speaks English and German.
