Agnieszka Szczodra-Hajduk is an advocate and the Head of the Warsaw Employment Practice. She joined the Warsaw office of Hogan Lovells in 1999.

Agnieszka focuses on the engagement of key employees and senior managers, non-competition and non-disclosure covenants, flexible forms of employment, and working time issues. She has broad experience in the transfers of work establishments (TUPE), group layoffs, and employees' restructuring. She is involved in M&A projects as an authority in employment matters. Agnieszka represents clients before the Polish courts in cases concerning labour and civil law.

Agnieszka has an LL.M. in international arbitration proceedings. She is the author of articles on labour and commercial law and gives lectures at MBA programmes and conferences for lawyers and business.

Agnieszka is a widely recognised lawyer and has been recommended by Legal 500 and Chambers Europe for her pro-active approach to clients and legal issues. She is actively engaged in pro bono legal advice and entrusted with the role of pro bono coordinator in the Warsaw office.

Agnieszka Szczodra-Hajduk is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and the Labor Law Association. She speaks English and German.

Advising CIBER on the transaction covering the transfer of organized part of Polish enterprise (IT outsourcing business).
Advising eBay on employment issues, including working hours, termination principles, employee leaves and benefits, health and safety issues.
Advising Grohe on commercial and employment issues including employees' benefits, contracts with key managers and various corporate issues.
Advising Kantar Media on working time systems, possible form of employment and contracts for senior management.
Advising Schulke Polska (Air Liquide Group) on senior management litigation in Poland.
Advising Telecity Group on an M&A transaction in Poland, implementation of global compliance policies and regulations, in particular concerning whistleblowing and anti-bribery issues.
Advising Texas Instruments on Polish employment law, in particular on non-competition covenants, working time systems and overtime work.
Advising Agila (Mylan Group) on implementation of Bylaws, restrictive covenants, in particular global confidentiality agreements, non-solicitation and non-competition obligations.
Advising CTEK on the process of group lay-offs and liquidation of the Polish subsidiary.
Advising TI Automotive on cross-border aspects of employment law, in particular on global confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
