Yasuyuki is a senior associate in the firm’s Tokyo office. As a member of the Corporate team, he regularly advises international and Japanese clients on a broad range of matters, including complex cross-border M&A and transaction structuring, corporate governance, contracts, and foreign investment regulations and licenses under Japanese law. In addition, Yasuyuki has extensive experience advising international companies on employment-related issues and practices in Japan. His practice also covers financial regulations, particularly with respect to investment funds and private equity.
Yasuyuki is a Japanese qualified lawyer (bengoshi) with more than 10 years' experience, including 8 years working for international law firms. Before joining Hogan Lovells, Yasuyuki worked at a major international law firm where his practice focused primarily on advising international clients with respect to Japanese financial regulatory matters.

Advising Virbac on its agreement with ORIX Corporation for the €280 million acquisition of its Japanese animal health subsidiary Sasaeah Holdings Co., Ltd.
Advising Sojitz Corporation on its acquisition of Silaba Motors, S.A., marking Sojitz's entry into the Central and South American market.
Daicel Corporation on its strategic investment in PharmaJet, a U.S.-based company that develops needle- and syringe-free device systems for intradermal injections.
