Adrienne Weld

A fluent French and English speaker, Adrienne uses her international business background to provide tailored advice and deliver practical solutions to advance the client’s objectives. She is dedicated to providing insightful work in a complex and ever-changing legal market, and her deal-making experience covers a broad range of sectors, including industrials, real estate, aerospace and defense, technology, energy, and professional services.

While pursuing her law degree, Adrienne took on numerous roles. She served as an articles editor for the American University Business Law Review, clerked for a consumer advocacy group, interned for a boutique renewable energy firm and interned in the United States Senate. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Adrienne worked as an associate at another leading law firm in Baltimore. She maintains an active pro bono practice and is passionate to causes related to women’s rights.
