Adrienne Weld advises both private and public U.S. companies on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, corporate governance and other corporate matters.

A fluent French and English speaker, Adrienne uses her international business background to provide tailored advice and deliver practical solutions to advance the client’s objectives. She is dedicated to providing insightful work in a complex and ever-changing legal market, and her deal-making experience covers a broad range of sectors, including industrials, real estate, aerospace and defense, technology, energy, and professional services.

While pursuing her law degree, Adrienne took on numerous roles. She served as an articles editor for the American University Business Law Review, clerked for a consumer advocacy group, interned for a boutique renewable energy firm and interned in the United States Senate. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Adrienne worked as an associate at another leading law firm in Baltimore. She maintains an active pro bono practice and is passionate to causes related to women’s rights.

Represented Lion Brothers on its to sale to Avery Dennison Corporation.

Represented an aerospace, defense and technology corporation in connection with several acquisition transactions and divestitures.

Represented international consulting firm in complex contractual arrangements including equity and debt components.

Represented Caldic B.V. on its acquisition of Avatar Corporation, a value-add distributor of specialty food ingredients and custom solutions.
