Vera Kothe

Vera Kothe studied law at the University of Göttingen with a focus on commercial and financial law and completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt. During her studies, she worked at the chair for criminal medical and bio-law. 

As part of her legal education and parallel to it, Vera Kothe gained experience in a wide variety of companies ranging from start-ups to major international corporations in the areas of procurement and R&D as well as in a large law firm in the areas of M&A and capital markets. Her interdisciplinary work as an interface between law and implementation in various internationally active companies is characterized by her clear and practice-oriented approach as well as her communication skills. 

Since her childhood, Vera Kothe has been involved in various voluntary activities, from church work with children and young people to caring for victims at the White Ring.
