Jason B. Velinder

Jason Velinder assists a variety of clients in solving their complex financing needs. His practice focuses on structuring and documenting commercial financing transactions, and his services span across several industry groups, including technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and food service.

As an associate in the Denver office, Jason advises both lenders and borrowers in their domestic and cross-border secured financing transactions, including asset-based and cash flow deals.

Jason earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Jason served as an intern with the U.S. Navy, Judge Advocate General's Corps.
