Jason helps clients with complex finance and transactional matters across a range of industries and possesses a unique blend of private and in-house experience.
Jason’s practice focuses on representing both lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based loans and cash flow loans. His transaction experience covers multiple industry sectors, including life sciences and health care, technology, energy and natural resources, manufacturing, and real estate.
Prior to re-joining Hogan Lovells, Jason worked in-house in a key leadership role at Ball Corporation, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, where he managed complex corporate, environmental, real estate, treasury, and procurement matters.
Throughout his career, Jason has readily volunteered his time in mentorship roles and has been an active member of a variety of diversity and inclusion groups.
