Davide is an associate in the Financial Institutions team in the Hogan Lovells Rome office. He joined the firm in 2017, immediately after graduating from LUISS "Guido Carli" University in Rome.
He provides legal assistance to Italian and foreign clients, including insurance companies and insurance intermediaries, with reference to regulatory and compliance issues, as well as contractual and corporate law matters. He regularly advises on a wide range of regulatory matters such as authorization and communication procedures for the exercise of regulated activity in Italy, the handling of complaints filed by Italian clients against foreign insurance companies, as well as with reference to any litigation phase concerning the alleged failure to comply with regulatory aspects.
Davide is qualified in Italy and admitted to the Bar since 2021.

Assisting insurance undertakings and intermediaries on regulatory and compliance aspects: passporting procedures, distribution agreements, complaints handling.
Assisting insurance undertakings on cross border acquisitions.
Assistance on litigation with specific reference to the obligations of insurers regarding the issuance of life insurance policies with financial content.
