Ulrike Janssen advises on all aspects of real estate for more than 10 years, focused upon the special property 'hotel' after being characterized by many years of experience in the corporate law and retail property sectors. Ulrike is a member of one of the largest 'hotel-teams' in Germany with the focus on the draft, negotiation, conclusion and the ongoing consulting of hotel lease and tenancy agreements as well as the purchase and sale of single hotels or portfolios.
Ulrike is renowned to clients for her persistence used with diligence and accuracy in order to single-mindedly develop and enforce creative and practicable solutions for her clients without losing time efficiency. Besides hotel lease and tenancy agreements, Ulrike advises on all aspects of agreements to be concluded in connection with the hotel property e.g. inventory agreements, security agreements etc. Issues subject to corporate law are brought to Ulrike's attention as well as all problems arising from the day-to-day management of the properties (hotels, retail, logistic etc.) and the planned new retail lease agreement or real estate transaction.
Since the beginning of her professional career in 2002 at a competitor law firm and since 2007 as senior associate for Hogan Lovells International LLP, Ulrike advises national and international clients in German and English. Ulrike studied in Trier from 1995 until 2000 followed by her legal traineeship (Referendariat) for the higher regional court in Koblenz from 2000 until 2002.
