Tiffany is an associate in the Corporate practice in Hong Kong. Her practice focuses on capital markets, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Tiffany regularly advises listed companies on governance and regulatory matters, including compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and Securities and Futures Ordinance.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Tiffany was a trainee solicitor at another major international law firm and worked as an investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Advised Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and China Merchants Securities as underwriters on the US$322m global offering and IPO of Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited (a leading casual braised food company in China) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.*
Advised Morgan Stanley and Nomura International as underwriters on the US$172m global offering and IPO of Honma Golf Limited (a leading golf equipment company in Japan) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.*
Acted for Massive Force Limited on its mandatory unconditional cash offer for and acquisition of approximately 74.10% of the issued shares of KFM Kingdom Holdings Limited.*
Advising companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, including Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited, Midea Real Estate Holding Limited and Fineland Real Estate Services Group Limited on matters relating to the compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Takeovers Code, the Securities and Futures Ordinance, the Companies Ordinance, and other Hong Kong laws and regulations.
Advising Heungkong Group on the establishment of a health fund and its investment into Uni-bio Science Group Limited.
