Kim Tang advises Luxembourg and international companies on a wide range of business and corporate matters, with a particular focus on acquisition and restructuring operations. She assists major domestic and foreign companies, financial institutions and private equity firms on corporate governance, general corporate legal issues and commercial advice.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Kim worked for major law firms in Paris and London.

Regular assistance to M&G Real Estate on Luxembourg corporate aspects of its real estate investments and divestments in Europe.

Prologis on the sale of a US$1.1bn portfolio of logistics properties in Europe and North America to Mapletree.

CapitaLand on the acquisition of the Gallileo office tower building in Frankfurt.

ACON Investments on its co-investment in Germaine de Capuccini.

LaSalle in the setting-up of a REITs structure in Spain to invest in residential properties for rent and the first acquisition, a six-storey residential property in Madrid financial district.

NII Holdings, regarding the sale of its 70% interest in its operations in Brazil to América Móvil, through the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary NII Brazil Holdings.
