As a member of our highly respected Life Sciences team, Eric advises clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devices industry on all kinds of commercial and regulatory matters. Eric assists his clients during the whole product life cycle, from the early stages in product development and options for early market access to marketing approval, commercialization and promotion.
Eric’s work focuses on regulatory advice in pharmaceutical and medical device law, on drafting and negotiating complex contracts for the cooperation of different stakeholders in the Life Sciences sector and on advising in health care advertising matters, in particular regarding promotional materials and commercial operations. Eric also advises on compliance issues related to cooperation with health care professionals. He is particularly interested in regulatory and reimbursement aspects of innovative and digital health solutions.
As part of his legal training, Eric worked for several international law firms in Frankfurt. Due to his master’s degree in business, he knows how to put the clients’ commercial interests first and to deliver practical and pragmatic solutions.

Advising various pharmaceutical companies on regulatory and commercial questions regarding advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs).
Strategic and operational advice to several pharmaceutical companies on the development and implementation of EU distribution structures.
Advising various international pharmaceutical companies regarding market access questions, in particular with regard to early access options prior to authorization / placing on the market.
Advising an international pharmaceutical company on its contractual relationship with its distribution partners.
