Stefanie Kern advises you on real estate and M&A transactions as well as real estate financing. International and national banks, funds as well as institutional investors in particular entrust her with their single and portfolio transactions and seek her advice on the debt financing of real estate. In addition, Stefanie focuses and advises on commercial lease law.
Stefanie studied law at the University of Regensburg. Before joining our firm, she was employed with a law firm in London. In 2008/2009, alongside her work, Stefanie successfully participated in the master degree program "Real Estate Law" at the University of Münster as the best of her year and obtained the academic title Master of Law.
