Kyle Spies partners with clients on a wide array of complex debt financing transactions. His practical approach allows him to align with key business goals across a variety of industries.
Kyle regularly advises and represents lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border commercial financing transactions, including acquisition financings and asset-based, and cash flow deals.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Kyle worked in the New York office of another international law firm. While at Georgetown University Law Center, Kyle served as the Executive Articles Editor of The Tax Lawyer.
