Simon Ingenbleek advises and represents national and international clients in complex commercial disputes. His current focus is on litigation in German and cross-border supply chain and antitrust disputes.
Simon studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich and specialized in competition law. Early on he developed a great interest for dispute resolution, working for a German litigation boutique for several years. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, he deepened this focus and has since been supporting our Munich Litigation Team.
Simon leads one of our responsible business projects, supporting the Refugee Law Clinic Munich as mentor and contact person.
Representative experience
Advising an international automotive-OEM in a multitude of court cases with a group of suppliers in many German and international courts including interim injunctions and competition law aspects.
Representing a company in the transportation sector in pursuing claims for damages arising from anticompetitive conduct.
