Bringing perpetrators of human trafficking to account

Our award-winning global Anti-Trafficking practice focuses on helping victims and securing compensation to allow survivors to rebuild their lives.

We were the first firm in the UK to secure payments for trafficking victims of sexual violence in 2008. Since then, we have secured over £1.3 million for survivors and developed a program of advisory support for grassroots organizations working for victims of human trafficking, modern slavery, and sexual violence.

We are advisors to the UK's Independent Anti-Slavery Commissioner. We have also expanded our practice to support victims who have been trafficked through multiple jurisdictions, as we are supporting people who have been injured in France.

We continue to be at the cutting edge of litigation to hold perpetrators to account; this includes international litigation, where our Vietnam office is currently leading a cross-jurisdiction team to advise NGO Pacific Links on the criminal justice process in the UK relating to the tragic deaths of 39 Vietnamese migrants in the UK as a result of transnational trafficking.
