Julia is a member of the Banking and Finance practice team in Hogan Lovells Warsaw office. She focuses on banking, civil and commercial law.
Julia has experience in the preparation of security documents, analysis of credit agreements, finance transactions, preparing and negotiating security documents and supervising the fulfilment of the conditions related to the disbursement of the credit.
She advises both lenders and borrowers in Polish and international projects. Before joining Hogan Lovells, she gained comprehensive experience in merger and acquisition projects.
Additionally, Julia is directing her interest towards regulations related to the implementation of and compliance with ESG issues by entities obliged directly and indirectly to non-financial reporting.
