‘greenyourlab.org’ dispute: a tale of two ‘green labs’

In a recent decision under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) before WIPO, a panel denied the transfer of the domain name at issue, finding no indicia of cybersquatting, despite both parties being engaged in the ‘green labs’ movement and both using three word domain names containing the words ‘green’ and ‘lab’.
