Ying Lou is an associate in our IPMT Group and focuses her practice on IT and commercial contracts, data protection, cloud computing, online brand protection (in particular the protection and recuperation of domain names), and internet regulation. She also has experience in telecoms regulation, media, cyber security and consumer protection issues.
Ying was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015 and started her career at a leading international law firm specialized in intellectual property/technology law, where she was mainly dedicated to telecoms regulation and data protection.
Born and raised in China (PRC), Ying holds a LL.B from the University of Nanjing (PRC) and two Master’s degrees in Media & Telecommunications Law and Sports Law, respectively, from the University of Aix-Marseille III.
A native Chinese speaker, she is also fluent in French and English.
