Philipp Reckers advises clients on all aspects of German and EU antitrust law.
One focus of his work is on merger control proceedings. He is particularly experienced in the automotive, consumer goods and real estate sectors. Furthermore, Philipp offers comprehensive solutions to complex antirust compliance queries and can assist you with foreign direct investment screenings.
Philipp studied law and business administration at EBS Universität in Wiesbaden and IE University in Madrid.
During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne he worked at the German Embassy in Quito, Ecuador, and with Hogan Lovells in Dusseldorf and Brussels.
