Nils Graber provides advice in all areas of intellectual property law, in particular trademark, unfair competition and copyright law. In these areas, he represents and advises national and international clients, primarily from the technology, consumer goods and fashion industries, in and out of court.

Nils Graber primarily assists his clients in enforcing their intellectual property rights before the national courts and also advises them on out-of-court dispute resolution. Furthermore, Nils Graber advises clients on new legislation and regulatory issues.

Nils Graber studied law at the Georg August University of Göttingen and at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. During his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, he worked, among others, for a leading German law firm in copyright and media law as well as for one of the  leading intellectual property boutiques in Germany.

During his dissertation, which dealt with the scope of injunctive relief in competition and intellectual property law, he already worked as a research assistant in our firm for three years.
