Nicola Evans

Nicola Evans

Described as “approachable and pragmatic” by Legal 500 UK, Nicola is a partner in our Corporate Group in London, advising clients on all corporate finance transactions, particularly cross-border transactions. She has acted for major listed and private companies on public and private M&A, joint ventures, demergers and restructurings as well as both primary and capital raisings. Recently, Nicola has firmly established herself as a leading light in the insurance sector, working closely on the firm's relationships with several key insurance clients.

She doesn't stop there - she's also changing the way Hogan Lovells thinks about business and social impact and has spearheaded the launch of Hogan Lovells' pioneering Business and Social Enterprise program (HL BaSE). The program not only changes perceptions about the business skills needed to provide clients with the legal solutions they require, but also introduces Hogan Lovells lawyers to the importance of social impact on the way the firm and its clients do business.
