Dr. Niclas Schneider-Höhle, LL.B.

Niclas studied law as well as law and economics at the University of Bonn. After his First State Exam he worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Roman Law and Comparative Legal History at the University of Bonn and wrote his doctoral thesis on the purpose and function of the concept of negotiorum gestio in the German Civil Code.

Niclas completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Düsseldorf, with stations at the State Chancellery of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods and our Düsseldorf office in the Corporate & Finance practice.
