Acting for The Crown Estate and their joint venture partnership with Oxford Properties on their mixed use redevelopment of St James' Market, London

Working on the retail scheme at King's Cross which includes securing key commercial retail lettings and pre-lets such as the iconic Fish and Coal Buildings.
