He brings a wealth of knowledge in investment, disposal, development, letting and joint venture transactions. Whether the property is a major mixed use development (or redevelopment), offices, retail, shed, in the private rented sector or otherwise Nick is able to deliver commercially focused strategic advice.

Representative Experience

Advising Argent and Related on proposed mixed use joint venture with London Borough of Barnet to redevelop 373-acre brownfield site with 7,500 homes.

Acting for The Crown Estate and their joint venture partnership with Oxford Properties on their mixed us redevelopment of St James' Market, London

Advising Bestway on their  acquisition of the Co-op's £620m pharmacy business which included over 800 properties, a complex property portfolio re-organisation and secured property financing.

Working on the retail scheme at King's Cross which includes securing key commercial retail lettings and pre-lets such as the iconic Fish and Coal Buildings.

Acting for The Prudential Assurance Company Limited on the (separate) sales of Manchester Royal Exchange Shopping Centre and The Green Office Park.

Acting for M&G's Secured Property Income Fund on their £125m investment in Genesis's PRS redevelopment project at the entrance of the Olympic Site.

Acting for M&G on the acquisition and lease back of a number of student accommodation blocks in the south east of England.

Acting as real estate advisor on the privately financed development project to extend Belmarsh Prison.

Acting for St Edward Homes in the development of their joint venture mixed use schemes including option agreements, a multimodal interchange and school development projects.
