Acted for Mekong Fund, Chambers Street Fund and other investors on its investment into a chain of pharmacy store in Vietnam.*
Acted for a Vietnamese cosmetic company on preparation of transaction documents, negotiation in a M&A transaction with Takara, a Japanese cosmetic conglomerate.*
