Hogan Lovells advises voxeljet AG on a capital increase
Led by partners Lutz Angerer, Michael Schlitt and Richard Aftanas, a team comprising German and US lawyers at the international law firm Hogan Lovells advised voxeljet AG, listed on NASDAQ, on a capital increase and an issue of new American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs").
In conjunction with the capital increase, the company is issuing 443,414 new registered ordinary shares with attached dividend entitlements for the financial year 2020, which will be offered in the form of 443,414 ADRs at a price of EUR 22.27 per ordinary share. The ADRs are traded on NASDAQ.
The company has received gross proceeds of approximately USD 12 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
