Hogan Lovells advises Ruby GmbH on the inclusion of the Otto family as shareholder

Led by Munich partner Volker Geyrhalter and Counsel Andreas Thun, Hogan Lovells advised the Ruby Hotel Group on the admission of the Otto family from Hamburg as additional shareholder.
The family office of the Otto family will acquire a total of 25% of the shares in Ruby GmbH. Completion of the transaction is still subject to approval by the German Federal Cartel Office.
The group for "Lean Luxury" hotels, founded in 2013, already operates seven Ruby hotels, ten more are under construction or in preparation for construction.
Hogan Lovells advised Ruby GmbH on all legal issues.
