Global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Katjes International GmbH & Co. KG on the exchange offer to the holders of the corporate bond issued in 2019, the placement of a new corporate bond issued under Norwegian law (Nordic bond) and the early redemption of its corporate bond issued 2019. 

The exchange of old bonds for new bonds, with an option to purchase additional bonds, was publicly offered in Germany and Luxembourg on the basis of a securities prospectus. In addition the Nordic bond was offered publicly in Germany and Luxembourg for subscription and placed in an international private placement. The Nordic bond is listed in the open market segment Quotation Board at the Frankfurt stock exchange and will be listed additionally in the Nordic ABM of the Oslo stock exchange within six months. 

Hogan Lovells had previously advised Katjes International on several capital markets transactions since 2011. 

IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG and Pareto Securities AS, Frankfurt Branch, acted as Joint Lead Managers and Bankhaus Metzler as Co-Lead Manager, on the private placement of the Nordic bond and the technical aspects of the transaction.
