Warsaw – 21 May 2020, Hogan Lovells has advised PATRIZIA Frankfurt Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft, a German real estate investment fund management company, on the sale of real estate located at Miodowa 10 in Warsaw, to FAA Real Estate. The Młodziejowski Palace office building is a modernized and restored historic palace from the 19th century. The four-storey building offers almost 7000 sqm of A class office space leasable area.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by Warsaw - based corporate partner Andrzej Dębiec with support from counsel Zbigniew Marczyk , who were both involved in providing tax advice in relation to the transaction.
