Nelly Pohl advises national and international clients on corporate governance, compliance and internal investigations.
She assists clients in the investigation and assessment of complex matters through extensive fact-finding measures. One focus of her work is on the automotive sector.
She also supports companies in the area of preventive compliance. This includes the review, set up and implementation of global compliance systems, in particular on global ESG requirements.
As a licensed lawyer of the Ontario Law Society, Nelly Pohl is also an expert in Canadian law. She studied common law and civil law in Ottawa and Paris. During her studies and articling, she gained experience at the Canadian Department of Justice and in the legal department of an international manufacturer of household appliances.
