Julie Montel is an associate in the SOAR (Strategic Operations, Agreements and Regulation) team with a particular focus in the life sciences sector. Julie assists both French and international companies in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector on contractual and regulatory matters.
Within the SOAR team, she assists companies on issues related to the distribution of medicinal products and medical devices, Anti-benefits and Transparency regulations, clinical investigation studies as well as drafting of services, licensing and sponsorship agreements.
Prior joining Hogan Lovells in September 2022, Julie worked in France in a French pharmaceutical company.
