Sherry Millman has been practicing in the restructuring and bankruptcy field for over 30 years. She has extensive experience representing creditors and other major stakeholders in large complex bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. Sherry’s practice is diverse and her clients include lenders, agent banks, indenture trustees, real property lessors, unions, and purchasers of assets in bankruptcy. She has also represented creditors’ committees and creditors’ committee members as well as corporate debtors in bankruptcy and in negotiations to restructure their debt obligations. Sherry frequently advises on bankruptcy issues in real estate transactions.
Sherry also maintains a fulsome pro bono practice.
