Agnes focuses her practice on bank financings and refinancings, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance as well as capital markets transactions, including securities issues and securitisation transactions.

She assists international corporations in all industry sectors with a particular focus on automotive, financial institutions and real estate. 

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Agnes worked for law firms and CPA offices, in France and Germany.

One of Brookfield Infrastructure's key assets, PD Ports Group, on its GBP 470 mio syndicated refinancing, and on its group reorganisation.

HECF on the refinancing of a portfolio of properties situated in Berlin, Dusseldorf, London, and Edinburgh, with multiple Luxembourg companies in the holding structure.

UK real estate investor, on several European real estate acquisition financing or re-financing.

French bank, as arranger, and two investors in their investment in residential mortgages via a Luxembourg regulated securitisation company supervised by the CSSF.

Swissport on the financing and completion of the acquisition by way of a €325m incremental Term Loan B facility.

European Investment Bank on a loan facility granted to a Swedish listed company in the energy sector.

Volkswagen Financial Services in relation to Luxembourg law on the securitisation of German auto lease receivables and residual values.

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank on its collaboration with Goldman Sachs Asset Management on the financing of the acquisition of "Schlosshof Wandsbek", an 15,600 m² Hamburg office campus.
