Alessandro joined Hogan Lovells in September 2022, after previously being an associate in the antitrust department of major national law firms.
Alessandro graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan. He holds an LL.M from the College of Europe (2018).
His practice focuses on European and Italian antitrust law as well as unfair commercial practices where he assisted companies in a wide range of sectors. In this respect, Alessandro advises clients on all aspects of EU and Italian competition law and represents them before the European Commission, the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) and before EU and national courts.

Advising a leading company active in the market of helicopter transport services before the Italian Courts in a case concerning price fixing allegations made by the Italian Competition Authority.*
Advising leading operators in the market for homecare oxygen and ventilation therapy before the Italian Courts for violations of Article 101 TFEU.*
Advising leading companies active in the retail food packaging sector before the EU Courts for Article 101 TFEU violations and in the subsequent context of follow-on actions before German Courts.*
Advising a leading operator in the waste management sector before the Italian Courts in the context of a public tender procedure with Article 102 TFEU and Directive 2014/24/UE competition profiles.*
