Markus Franken focuses on real estate transactions, commercial and residential tenancy law and private building law. He is a German lawyer and is also appointed as a civil law notary.
Markus mainly advises national and international investors and banks on real estate transactions and project development. His legal advice focuses on transactions (asset and share deals), commercial and residential tenancy law as well as private building law.
Markus studied at the University of Trier (Germany) and at the University of Auckland (New Zealand) where he received an LL.M. in commercial law. During his legal studies, he worked for several international offices with a focus on real estate, tax and finance questions. Markus has been involved in numerous due diligences for real estate transactions.
