Danielle Litwak focuses her practice on M&A and investment transactions, with a particular emphasis on corporate deals in the sports, media and entertainment industries. Committed to offering her clients creative and practical solutions, Danielle draws on her industry experience and keen eye for detail to anticipate clients' needs as she helps them navigate a broad range of transactional matters.
Danielle has experience negotiating and drafting definitive transaction agreements and advising companies at various stages of the corporate life cycle on venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Passionate about community and advocating for historically-marginalized members of society, Danielle has maintained an active pro bono practice and serves as a subcommittee co-chair for her office's diversity and inclusion initiatives. She also has a background in championing voting rights and leading a number of election protection efforts.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Danielle served on the board of the Harvard Committee on Sports and Entertainment Law and provided pro bono legal services to small businesses and entrepreneurs through her school's Transactional Law Clinic. Before law school, she worked in business affairs at one of the leading global entertainment and media companies.
