As part of our Munich and Berlin litigation team, René Lehmann advises and represents national and international companies and financial institutions in complex pre-litigation scenarios and in court, as well as before regulatory authorities. The focus of his work is on disputes in the context of banking law and supply chains.
René studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin with a focus on competition law. During his studies, René worked in the Office for International Programs at the Humboldt University of Berlin. As part of this work, he taught private and civil procedure law to foreign students as a tutor.
René completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin. Parallel to his legal clerkship, René gained experience working in the field of litigation in major law firms.

Advising a German service provider on the implications of the nullity and rescission of a major concession agreement.
