Katheryn Lee focuses her practice on general corporate and finance transactions. She began her career with the firm as a summer associate in 2019.

While in law school, Katheryn served as an articles editor for the Cornell International Law Journal and the intake director of International Refugee Assistance Project's Cornell chapter. In her third year of law school, she split her time between J.D. Program in Information and Technology Law at Cornell Tech campus and the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts in New York City to explore the diverse legal issues raised by intellectual property, information, and technology. 

Prior to law school, Katheryn developed strong research and analysis skills from working in a political-economy think tank and conducting multidisciplinary research on political, economic, and business trends in the Asia-Pacific. Katheryn is fluent in Korean.
