Laure Nguyen has developed a seasoned experience in relation to environmental/energy regulatory, classified installations, polluted sites and soils, logistics, mining and quarry law, water and waste law, nuclear law and noise. She provides both counselling and litigation support in connection with environmental issues. Laure also focuses on urban planning and construction issues.
As a counsel in the Paris Real Estate/Environment department, she has more than 14 years' experience concentrating on public law and more specifically environmental law.
Laure gives lectures on environmental law issues to students at the Institute of Public Business Law (IDPA) at the Paris Bar School and gives trainings to some clients on regulatory aspects associated to renewable energy (Onshore wind farms – Photovoltaïc - Methanisation - Incineration/Biomass in particular).
