Ingrid Lai is an associate in our Corporate and Finance practice in Hong Kong. She supports clients on cross-border and complex transactional and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, financing, investments, joint ventures and private equity matters.
Ingrid has advised international and Chinese clients on their transactions in a wide range of sectors including technology, education, financial services, logistics and healthcare.
