Victoria Kurczinski advises national and international clients in all areas of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark and competition law. She represents clients from various sectors such as the fashion, media, consumer goods and technology industry.
Victoria Kurczinski's practice focuses on the enforcement and defence of intellectual property rights in litigation proceedings. In this context, she advises in preliminary injunction and main court proceedings as well as in out-of-court disputes and office-proceedings. In addition, Victoria advises her clients in contract and settlement negotiations regarding intellectual property matters.
Victoria Kurczinski studied law at the Bucerius Law School, Hamburg and at the Singapore Management University, Singapore. During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, she worked, inter alia, for a major international law firm and the German Federal Foreign Office in Berlin.
